Saltine Pecan Toffee

It's that time of year again, time to make my individual gift good bags! Last year I made Kahlua Fudge, which was a big hit. This year I was searching for that something that was a little different. My Food Network Magazine came to the rescue when this month's pullout was 50 holiday gifts. The Saltine Toffee was calling out to me. I love the salty/sweet combo, it's the best of both worlds. This is pretty easy to make. It is a bit on the almost too sweet side, but what do you expect with a toffee and chocolate combo. It also looks pretty for a gift. For about $2.50 total, it will be a gift that is easy to give and receive.
