Asian Salmon

If you are looking for some quick and simple to make that's impressive at the same time this is it! It only takes about five minutes of prep time and about five to ten minutes in the oven and your done. One of the other good things is that I usually have all of the ingredients already minus the fish. I plan on making this a lot over the summer when it's hot and having the oven on too long really adds to the heat in the kitchen. *Recipe courtesy of Eating Well
