In São Paulo \\\ Festa

It's Friday yet again! The week flew by mostly because of everything that has been happening in Brazil, people taking to the streets in protests for a life with less corruption and more human rights (apart from the initial topic of transportation prices). But back to a topic I promised you ate the beginning of the week: hotspots for a night on the town in São Paulo. Cervejaria Nacional

Thursday we went to a bar called Cervejaria Nacional which makes its own beer, brewn inside the same building and with cool glass windows that let you see parts of the process. The bar spreads across 3 floors, has live music and very good service. The beer itself didn't wow me, so I had a couple of tasty wild berry caipiroskas.

Afterwards we headed over to Casa 92. I quickly decided that this was going to be my favorite club in the whole world. A house with different music playing in each of the main rooms, a backyard filled with trees, glowy lights and soap bubbles floating down from the roof, great decor and so many details to discover. Plus they played super fun music. Reminded be of the Bar 25 in Berlin before it closed in 2010. Only downside to Casa 92 is the absurd price of R$12 for a beer. Casa 92

On Friday we went to The Week to see DJ Marky & Friends. Lots of fun, but no pictures.

On our third night in Sao Paulo we met up with some friends and drove a little further to a bar that sells hundreds of importet beers: FrangÓ. Really cosy and serving great food, the most difficult part is chosing a beer from the menu that looks more like a catalogue.
