My current breakfast of choice: 2% greek yogurt (FAGE brand) with sliced bananas, chopped raw walnuts and a drizzle of honey. It's very yummy, I can make it quickly and it keeps me full for a while. It's also a good breakfast equation... substitute variables as you like:
yogurt + strawberries + slivered almonds
yogurt + banana + chopped pecans + cinnamon
yogurt + raspberries + shaved dark chocolate
yogurt + banana + toasted shredded coconut
