I'm crazy over these sesame seed balls from a local Chinese restaurant. They are deep fried balls made of glutinous rice flour coated with sesame seeds, filled with black sesame seeds and granulated sugar. I've had sesame seed balls a number times with red bean filling but never with this black sesame seed and sugar filling which melts so deliciously when you bite in. If there weren't so filling, I could eat a dozen of these at once. Yum. Someday I'd like to try making these at home.
