I use a lot of spice blends depending on mood. I have a Moroccan blend, a salt free blend, a Thai blend. . . I'm a little spoiled living near Kalustyan's. Kalustyan's is the best spice store and has something like 3,000 spices. I think they have over 25 types of sea salt or something. It's a foodies paradise. They have quite a few of there own spice mixes which are great but not that cheap. Also, you can't tweak them to your liking and many of them have a lot of salt. This is a versatile rub which I found the recipe to at the Whole Foods website. You get a WHOLE LOT of spice blend for $3.00. It's a bit too much for one person so you can always half the recipe or share with friends :)
