One of the places I like the most for a Sunday stroll, is Barra da Lagoa, district around the canal that connects the Lagoa to the ocean. You'll find lots of fish restaurants, small stores and hostels. Next to Lagoa this is probably the place with the highest amount of foreigners living in Floripa.
