I had dinner with some friends in Georgetown last night. After dinner, we went to Thomas Sweet for ice cream (they also have fudge). I've been to about five ice cream shops since I moved to DC and this was the first to make me savor every last spoonful. It was tricky to choose from the countless flavors on the white board above me... but I finally settled on two of my favorites. One scoop of Peppermint (with crushed peppermint sticks) on the bottom and Coffee Heath Bar on top. Sooooooooo yummy! Didn't plan to post about this... but I just had to share.
