My fiance recently visited his grandparents in California. They gave him a package of "Sesame Crepes" from Trader Joe's to take home for me because they imagined I'd enjoy it. So thoughtful! They were right - I love this nutty sesame pancake-like treat. Apparently is popular in Vietnam. Here are the ingredients on the package: sesame seeds, sugar, peanuts, cashews, rice flour, citric acid. I recommend looking for this at your local Trader Joe's or asian market. They'd be really yummy sliced and sprinkled over vanilla ice cream.
